Meet, Andrew Spieles, a student at James Madison University, and apparently "Lead Organizer" for HarrisonburgVOTES (http://harrisonburgvotes.weebly.com/). According to the Daily News-Record (http://www.dnronline.com/news/harrisonburg/student-admits-to-fraud/article_0e0cc872-7bbf-11e6-b192-0b7ae4f5b3fb.html), Spieles confessed to re-registering 19 deceased Virginians to vote in the 2016 election cycle.
While this should come as a surprise to precisely 0 people, Spieles just happens to be Democrat who, accorded to a deleted FaceBook post, apparently recently ran for Caucus Chair of the Virginia Young Democrats.
