These people who want Hillary in office are going to turn a monster loose on the interns in the WH. They absolutely want this. Hillary is going to feed them to Bill.

yeppers. recall that Hillary said, "...cradle to grave..." when her rapist husband was in office............sounds so nice, but never works. I was told at a young age Communism only looks good on paper. Socialism is a softer form of Communism, but it is Communism nonetheless.

This is horrible but for the republican party, a party that fought against equal rights for women or the Violence against women act and has as its presidential candidate a sexual predator it seems a bit hypocritical to focus in one direction. Two wrongs are still two wrongs. Sometimes mirrors need to be installed in the minds of the partisan who only sees one side of the wrongs.

You need to get your facts right.

Republicans did vote against a massive crime bill that included the VAWA because it also contained a ban on assault weapons. And more recently voted against reauthorization of VAWA in 2012 and 2013 because they opposed Democratic expansions of the bill that included provisions for same-sex couples and immigrants, and one that would have allowed Native American tribal courts to try non-Native Americans accused of domestic violence on reservations. In both cases, Republican alternatives put forth would have actually strengthened the Violence Against Women Act.

As for the ERA, Republican support for the ERA included it being a part of the republican plank from 1940 through it's expiration after the 1980 election.

He is a public figure, so the burden of proof for libel and slander is much, much higher. So, no, he doesn't have an excellent case. He has no case at all, in fact. He would have to prove that she intentionally lied, and did so maliciously, and that is impossible, because she now claims that she lied about her recantation.

A public figure (such as a politician, celebrity, or business leader) cannot base a lawsuit on incorrect harmful statements unless there is proof that the writer or publisher acted with actual malice (knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth)

Are you admitting, then, that it is not a "reckless disregard of the truth" to note that Bill Clinton has committed rape?

I don't find it to be a reckless disregard for the truth, no. On a personal level, I am deeply suspicious of Bill Clinton. On a legal level, I believe it would be impossible for him to bring a slander lawsuit against this woman, because of his status as a public figure. The burden of proof is simply too high. He needs to be able to demonstrate that she knowingly lied with malicious intent, and in a he-said she-said situation, that is impossible.
