Did Chelsea Clinton's email just open Pandoras Box. What say ye?

Chelsea Clinton sent a fiery email to a group of top Clinton advisers, detailing allegations about aides she said were undermining the family, including by possibly misrepresenting their expenses and blurring the line between a family-linked consulting firm and the Clinton Foundation.

In the November 2011 email, which was hacked from the Gmail account of Clinton family confidant John Podesta and released on Monday by WikiLeaks, Chelsea Clinton details a series of allegations that she “was told or experienced” about aides to her father, including Doug Band, Justin Cooper and Hannah Rickert. Most of the accusations proved unfounded, a source familiar with the situation told POLITICO.

In the email, Chelsea Clinton says the allegations made her “very sad,” though she acknowledges that she cannot attest to the veracity of all of them and that there are likely other “sides” to the claims. Still, she says she raised the concerns with her parents. And, as part of her efforts to “professionalize the Foundation,” she wrote, she was passing along the allegations to the recipients of the email — Podesta, longtime Hillary Clinton confidante Cheryl Mills and two officials from Simpson Thacher, a law firm that had been commissioned to audit the Clinton Foundation.

At the time of the email, Chelsea Clinton was pushing to enact tougher internal rules at the Clinton Foundation regarding conflicts of interest and outside income.

Those efforts were seen as targeting her father’s close aides, Band and Cooper.

They had started a consulting firm called Teneo at the same time as they were working for Clinton’s personal office, while Band also was working for a foundation project called the Clinton Global Initiative, or CGI.

The firm, which signed a contract reportedly worth $3.5 million with Bill Clinton to serve as an adviser (though the former president ultimately kept only $100,000 of that, according to his tax returns and a source familiar with the arrangement), won contracts with foundation donors and entities with business before Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

In the 2011 email released Friday, Chelsea Clinton wrote, “My father was told today of explicit examples at CGI of Doug/ Teneo pushing for — and receiving — free memberships — and of multiple examples of Teneo 'hustling' business at CGI.”

Band and Cooper declined to comment for this story, while representatives for the Clinton Foundation and Chelsea Clinton did not respond to requests for comment. Rickert did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment.

Chelsea Clinton’s email also relays allegations from two other Clinton aides, who she claims told her that Cooper read their emails and loaded “spyware” onto the computer used by one of the aides.....snip~

It is a pay for play scheme.

Evidently, Chelsea thought it was wrong and contacted Podesta and Mills. The leftness can't get around that fact. It even made Chelsea sad.

Chelsea just gave Congress and specifically Grassley of the Judicial Committee a reason to call her in to testify. Grassley was already dealing with Abedin being hired by state and working for Teneo as an employee. They definitely have Hillary caught up with the conflict of interest.
