My double majoring (business/poly-sci) son and I just had a very interesting discussion on the electoral college last night.
I'm not sure what the solution is but he and I were able to determine the painfully obvious, that being the fact that millions of people are for all intents and purposes misrepresented under the current system.
I'm glad I left CA years ago. I'd be uber pissed to know that my vote meant virtually NOTHING in as critical an election as this.

Lots of folk are leaving California i hear. I can't say as i blame them. Do you remember just prior to the 2000 election al gore was asked by a member of BM*(big media) about being elected by the popular vote vs the electoral college? he chose poorly. LoL
