This guy has gone radical, is now a crypto-anarchist. A short quote from :

"It doesn't matter what the origins of the Second Amendment were," says Cody Wilson, creator of the first 3D-printed gun and author of the new book, Come and Take It: The Gun Printer's Guide to Thinking Free. "With the internet, we can transform this thing into right to resistance on a global scale. If it's just a fact that the government serves guns now, this is just a point of political life."

Saw that interview a few days ago. Wilson is at the forefront of the anti-authoritarian movement. I actually bought his book on Amazon but have been disappointed. I was expecting a somewhat straightforward, factual recitation of his personal story and views and instead got a pseudo-novel interspersed with lots of ostentatious prose. Not sure if I'll be able to finish it. Still, I was happy to buy the book if for no other reason than to support his work.

Thanks for heads up. He raises philosophical points in video but more like name dropping. New to it I suppose.

I like what he says about the Internet and its use of spreading ideas.

He's actually a much better speaker than a writer. I enjoy his interviews.

Can't you buy the remaining pieces legally. I bought a short barrel for my shotgun mail order.

You are correcet.I believe the receiver is the only, regulated, SNed part.Need less to say one of these would be illegal if the maker did not receive the authorization from the ATF

If you knew shit about guns you would know that 3D printers do not make load bearing parts.

Do the designer and manufacturer have no say in the production of these ersatz copies? Patent and copyright laws, for example?
