Apparently these two Turks were captured at the Battle for Aleppo. ISIL chains them and burns them to death.
Sick ISIS (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/isis/index.html)savages have filmed themselves burning two Turkish (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/turkey/index.html) soldiers alive having captured them in Aleppo (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/syria/index.html).
A disturbing video shows two men with freshly-shaved heads dressed in seemingly fuel-doused camouflage army gear taken out of a cage and walked like dogs to their death by Islamic State thugs.
Standing barefoot in the middle of a desert, they are connected by the neck to a torched fuse which eventually engulfs their bodies in flames.
As news of the video reached Turkey, the government shut down social media outlets to stop the victims' countrymen seeing the exectuion.

When governments make it their policy to extinguish the entire family of anyone who harms a citizen this will come to an end.

Remember when these atrocities were occurring while the Islamic State....was expanding?
Beheadings, they put a Jordanian Pilot in a cage and ignited him....then covered him with rubble during their march across the Levant.
Remember then it was we've no interest in the outcome? Remember when ISIS was short term, a sideshow, the jv team, had no staying power?
I do.

I'm not sure bleeding hearts go that far, if you are referring to savages.

The problem with your surmise is that it didn't work in WWII when it was Gestapo policy.

Mosul, Iraq.
As well, barbaric......as bad as Aleppo but then the news doesn't cover Mosul like it does Aleppo....does it?
Russians, Syrians, ISIS.....all taking criticism for barbaric acts.....while the United States torches Mosul.
Give us some credit too, we're talking the realism disciple strategy and trying to make it work too!

What refugee/immigration policy do you endorse which guarantees the fewest such entries?

You're going to have to provide more detail on your stance here.

I'm not sure to whom your pithy comment is directed, but I'll still address the underlying point - all while I await a good answer to the couple of questions I posed to your posts.
Do you think that the US' Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution because of their trust in Government, or mistrust?

No, I don't. History does.
Then why were you not satisfied with "history's" answer instead of responding in the first place? I'm not satisfied with your answer, and want to see you support it.
But you're going to run away, because you can't progress beyond a bumper sticker snippet.

Encouraging to know you don't trust Trump. Why didn't you say so before?

I do.
The Islamic State does not have staying power. They are on the way out.
American occupation of the region would make matters worse. It is counter-productive.

They have staying power in the absence of direct military confrontation by the United States, Peter. They had power to expand. Recruit and replace lost fighters. Collect taxes, create income, establish a small caliphate, and destabilize regional governments. The Islamic State could expand its terror network as we saw in Paris and over the Med. They could infect social media and develop home grown terror, their caliphate did have staying power......the reason...not reasons.......ISIS is on the way out; direct US military confrontation.
American occupation of the region would make matters worse. It is counter-productive.
I agree. American occupation in Syria or in large numbers in Iraq may indeed be counter-productive. That is why American occupation isn't being suggested by anyone you know of, it's your straw man sewed as a distraction from your own colossal mistake making when we discuss this topic. Again, given your guesswork and supposition here, I can see why you voted for Johnson.

Your thoughts are simply binary, aren't they?
No, I trust no one I don't know personally, and well - and even then one accepts the possibility of betrayal.
It isn't about 'trust' on an individual basis. It is more complicated than that - and more simple. Government should not be trusted; the Founders knew it.
So why didn't you answer the question?
