Since being sworn in Jan. 20, Trump has been named in 52 federal cases in 17 different states, according to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

Trump's Campaign Paid Millions To His Own Properties, FEC Documents Say

February 3, 201711:32 AM ET

Donald Trump's presidential campaign had many unusual aspects, not the least of which was the huge amount of money it funneled into Trump's own businesses.

And now there's a new twist: Such payments can continue indefinitely because he's already declared himself a candidate for re-election in 2020.

Documents (http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/360/201701319042333360/201701319042333360.pdf) filed with the Federal Election Commission show that Trump's 2016 campaign paid millions of dollars to fly on his aircraft, compensate his relatives for unspecified campaign activities and rent space in Trump properties, including Trump Tower in New York, the Trump golf club in Bedminster, N.J., and Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

How much money did the campaign pay in total? Politico did the calculations (http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/trump-campaign-paid-trump-business-234489) and came up with a figure of $12.8 million as of Dec. 31, 2016.

The hack left is wholly removed from compreheneing anything that goes on with a material business operation.

Yes there are bankruptcies, yes there are lawsuits. I was just sued this week actually.

It's like these people live in a bubble, never held a real job that didn't involve a cash register.

Progress breeds idiocy.

That's silly - Time compared the number of lawsuits against Trump to those of other real estate developers similar in size.

Nobody else had even a TENTH of the over 4,000 T-Rump has dealt with.

Probably because he enjoys stiffing contractors. ;-)

It's not the number of lawsuits filed that counts - any Trump hater can file a frivolous lawsuit - it's the number of successful lawsuits. Obviously, liberals are all excited and hoping that many of them succeed, but why wait when you can try to make something out of the number of lawsuits filed? Let's just wait and see how many of them succeed, if any.

With all the snit fit temper tantrums going on I'm surprised there aren't millions of "Trump made me cry by winning the election" lawsuits.
