Even the New Yorker is conceding "The Vulnerabilities of the Ninth Circuit's Executive-Order Opinion." (http://www.newyorker.com/news/daily-comment/the-vulnerabilities-in-the-ninth-circuits-executive-order-decision) It's a modest little piece by Jeffrey Toobin, but the important thing is that it exists at all. For the "farrago of nonsense" take, we'll have to look elsewhere.

Does he agree with me? Or do I agree with him? The President has the law and the Constitution on his side. On the other side are idiot judges who want to be more.

Here are four areas of concern.
Standing.
Presidential power.
Due process of law.

These issues represent problems for the challengers to Trump’s executive order. None are necessarily fatal. The botched launch of the order, as well as the President’s crude attempts to disparage the judges who evaluated it, certainly poisoned the atmosphere in which the case was heard. But it’s clear that the Justice Department will keep pressing the defense of the executive order, and the plaintiffs’ celebrations, while understandable, may turn out to be premature.
