Another defeat for the Demos. Expect the illiberals to become more unhinged. Their dreaded boogieman is the Head of the EPA.

Scott Pruitt has been confirmed by the Senate as the new administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency by a 52-46 vote. Pruitt is the former Oklahoma Attorney General.

The vote was mostly along party lines, with the exception of Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), who voted against Pruitt's confirmation, and Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) broke with the Democrats and voted for him. Sen. John MCCain (R-AZ) skipped (https://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2017/02/17/mccain-skips-vote-to-confirm-trump-epa-nominee-n2287195) the vote.

The Washington Post's announcement of Pruitt's confirmation raised eyebrows and drew accusations of bias.......snip~

The best part was the Demos staying up all night long again, trying to convince Repubs to vote against Pruitt. No wonder they can't get shit done for the country.

All nighters, accomplishing nothing (losing ground actually)...

The DNC has never been more productive.

Two of their own crossed over and voted for Pruitt? Wow, guess they are worried about re-election.

He's not a bad guy, actually he's lawyer, but I'd never put him in charge of executions ... that was real cluster-Fck

That's one thing about all of Donny's picks, they don't know jack-sh!t about the job they're taking on ... and trust me, you'll see it first hand in about 10 months.

It must suck to be you right now.

Your golden calf party gets flushed down the shitter and you're getting fisted by conservatives all day long - and there is nothing you can do about it.

Karma - the bitch it is
