Great expectations: Trump voters expect him to deliver for them (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2017/02/26/trump-supporters-economy-health-care-taxes-president/97738362/)

Trump voters expect action. His detractors will not like it.

As President Trump prepares to detail his legislative agenda in his first speech to Congress on Tuesday, the voters who helped elect him have agendas of their own. They have high hopes for how the new president is going to affect their lives — from boosting their small businesses by reducing regulations to shortening wait times to get an appointment with a Veterans Administration doctor.

We turned to USA TODAY's Trump Voter Panel (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2017/02/01/president-trump-voters-like-action-but-not-tweets/97291030/), drawn nationwide from respondents to the December USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll, to ask what they have in mind. They remain overwhelmingly supportive of the new president: 24 of the 25 approve of the job he's doing; one who initially approved is now undecided. But those expectations could be a challenge for Trump as they watch what he manages to achieve, and what it means to them.

Here's what they told us.

It's the economy Read the rest at the link.

I agree. I know plenty of Trump supporters and they all expect him to deliver on every one of his promises on immigration and tax issues. They knew that his "lock her up" stuff and promises to send Hillary to jail was just red meat thrown to the never Hillary people. They are just as satisfied having her marginalized like she is now.

Taxes / the economy, immigration and undoing the failed Obama legacy is their thing.

But then if Hillary was to be prosecuted, I'd be fully supportive of that. Criminals should be held accountable for their actions.

Hold that thought when it's trumps turn.

We're getting off the topic, but if Trump committs criminal acts, I support prosecuting him for those criminal acts.

However it's not criminal for him to act on his campaign promises. Thats what his supporters expect and that's why the partisans like you are sucking their thumbs acting like spoiled children who didnt get their way.

Trump is doiing his best to live up to his campaign promises but his supporters better open their eyes and realize that he cant possibly do them all no matter how he tries.

What is preventing President Trump from fulfilling his campaign promises? Which promises are in danger?

Of course he can't accomplish all of them. He can accomplish those which will create some real economic growth and restore our economy. He can create the conditions which bring manufacturing back.

He can also accomplish his promises on securing our borders and the enforcement of our immigration laws.

Hes not going to put Hillary Clinton in prison. I doubt that he can get the American steel industry back to where they were in their prime.

Also he's going to get a lot of resistance to lowering the corporate tax rate. Taxation is not about generating revenues. It's all about power. Government is very reluctant to give up any of their power.

So far he hasn't been shy about delivering, no question there.

The spike in Desitin sales by the left is the pudding proof.

The wild left and the media and some establishment republicans.

Immigration is in big trouble in the senate with Lyndsey Graham and Mcain. Some already have criticized ryans budget. The establishment in the senate isnt all for trumps agenda.
