As one who's been in sales and marketing of one sort or another most of my life, this is brilliant.

Donnie Deutsch - himself a marketing genius opined on Morning Joe earlier that it was a bit of a metaphor as to where America's head is at right now --- The Oh F moment in which we realize we've put a petulant, spoiled brat in the White House and fantasize about an adult taking back over.

Guess the soft porn was just too much of a distraction for the average viewer - pretty smart flip of the script IMHO! Opinions?

I just about threw up when Trump nominated Puzder to be his Secretary of Labor, in no small part because of the company's exceptionally sexist history under his direction. I sure hope they do get rid of the soft core porn. And start paying their mostly female workers. And stop sexually harassing them on the job. And making them work off the clock. And don't replace them with robots. (I hate Carl's Jr. and Hardee's. :tongue:)

Andy is a real Putz-Derrr to be sure and i believe this does signal the end of the soft porn (although they may be tempted to toss a little of that back in for the Super Bowl and such).

As for the food at Carl's and Hardee's - yep, it sucks with one small exception.

My favorite burger (In-n-Out) still hasn't come to Boise but will soon. Until that happens, Carl's did a brilliant thing with their "California Classic".

It's a literal ripoff of In-n-Out's Double Double with grilled onions - comes really close even though the meat doesn't compare.
