It happened in Cincinnati, but if it can happen there, it can happen anywhere.

An unidentified man, apparently a pro life activist who was merely holding up a sign was beset upon by four heavily armed police, handcuffed and dragged from the arena where Barack Obama was speaking about hurricane relief in relation to restoring the nation's economy.

Thrown of by the sign wielding man you can hear where Obama stumbles several times in his delivery. The pro-Obama crowd cheers as the man is handcuffed and arrested.

It would seem Obama has learned well from his pal Vladimir Putin..

Obama divides and want's a race war. Looks the other way when people have weapons at polling stations but will arrest a man holding a sign.

President Obama, the great orator, stumbles at the best of times. I wouldn't blame that on the guy with the sign. And, sorry, but freedom of speech does not guarantee a specific venue. I suspect the guy was on private property and refused to put the sign down. People like that usually want to get arrested.

Checked the link. Screaming. Creating a disturbance. Deserved to be arrested for that, not for a speech violation as in some other countries.

I disagree...

Obama does is not 'the great orator" unless he is on teleprompter...didn't you watch the debates?

Would it not have been more democratic to address the man with something like "I disagree with you sir, but you have the right to say it. And you have, now sit down and be quiet?"

I seem to recall a president of some time ago, doing something like that when he was confronted with an angry protester.........actually he wasn't president at the time, he was governor of California.

Is that the country you want? Call out the troops when someone protests at a political rally?

If so, how is the US different than say, North Korea, or Russia?

A sign is not creating a disturbance. Now if he had been yelling ect, a different story. When they did this at another at a republican event they were just escorted out, not arrested and they were really causing a problem.
