So, it appears as though the NSA led by then President Obama concluded that North Korea had miniaturized a nuclear warhead able to be mounted on an ICBM back in 2013. Why was this story just now reported as "breaking news"? Why wasn't then president Obama asked questions as to what if anything should be done about this?

Tuesday's bombshell Washington Post story (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/north-korea-now-making-missile-ready-nuclear-weapons-us-analysts-say/2017/08/08/e14b882a-7b6b-11e7-9d08-b79f191668ed_story.html?utm_term=.35baa9464706) that the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has determined North Korea is capable of constructing miniaturized nuclear weapons that could be used as warheads for missiles – possibly ICBMs – left out a crucial fact: DIA actually concluded this in 2013. The Post also failed to mention that the Obama administration tried to downplay and discredit this report at the time.

Several reasons he wasnt asked, heres a couple. Hes a democrat, the media loved to powder his testicles and hes black and he wasnt allowed to fail on any level.

The 2013 report said; "moderate confidence" in the accuracy. Once again, you're back to a determination as to what we might successfully accomplish. Personally, I'm for leaving all options on the table. Drawing a red-line in the sand doesn't always work out well. Appears to me the President has backed himself in a corner. If my son or daughter were serving in S. Korea, I'd be damn worried about their safety. As President, they would be my first concern.

Obama did tell Trump during the change-over that NK would be the biggest critical issue.

Still the media is being deliberately dishonest in how they are reporting this story.

North Korea is a difficult intelligence collection target.

North Korea is a difficult intelligence collection target. That's true, but if this was suspected four years ago, why is it considered breaking news today?

The coup plotters needed to distract us. BJ Clinton ensured the norks would have nukes. Obama knew and did nothing. It has to look like this is President Trump's fault.

Obama was perfect. The media will not report anything which may reflect negatively upon his legacy.
