I think he should enlist. Then he can really see what happens to those who don't salute and want to kneel.

What a pppuuussssssyyy.

This was expected.

This is interesting.... Curious if anyone knows the law surrounding this type of action.

I think the basis is collusion and I'm guessing he would have to prove actual collusion.

But he's a minority and the legal system bends over for minorities.

A Gold digging phony. When he loses the judge should cast him into oppression, so he could know what is like, not that BS he pretends to know.

It will be interesting to learn the outcome of such a lawsuit. I know what collusion is but I'm just wondering how Kaepernick is going to prove that his rights were violated rather than the NFL owners just deciding he no longer had the skillsets needed to perform at the level they were looking for. This could certainly set a dangerous precedence if he were to win.

Hopefully he goes bankrupt paying lawyers for a case that ultimately gets thrown out.

Yikes - I don't want that to happen. I respect his right to file a lawsuit although I worry that this will only divide the country even further.

The nation is already hopelessly divided.

I hope he goes bankrupt and has to get down on his knees to make money another way. I despise him and others of his ilk.
