Speaking of far too much spare time on their hands, you take the cake. Even matters addresses the topic at least with her question. You could argue for the petition, or you could argue against it, either way would rationally address the message instead of emotionally attacking the messenger.

I mean we reduce Washingtons power, DC is overly corrupt and power hungr, both parties included.

Sorry, idiot but that's what amendments are for. I know it'll be a shock but the last amendment wasn't written in 1789 and the Constitution wasn't written 2,000 years ago as President Obama said.

The problem is the socialist can't get amendments passed because Americans won't vote for them. So, lie, cheat, and change by fiat and dream of a dictator.

Nice ad hom, really impressed, but no one said it's 1789. The founding principles are timeless and need to be applied to now. If "Things are different and must change with the times" then there is not foundation on which to build anything.
