I know you can dissolve rancid grease built up on a stove. You can dissolve rust and crud built up on metal hinges and on nuts and bolts. You can dissolve a marriage. But, can Detroit really be dissolved? I think it's pretty much going to be there, a festering sore, until hell freezes over.
