Dual explosions rocked the Verla Cosmetics Factory in New Windsor, New York, destroying the factory and killing one person injuring at least 30 people, including 5 firefighters who were caught in the second blast.

Looks like Verla is going to have their hands full since they have been cited prior to this for several OSHA violations; I think they are going to have a lot of explaining to do.
