View Full Version : Democrats Are Terrified

Trump's election has basically pushed the Democrat party over the edge. They have FAR exceeded the level of unhinged lunacy that characterized Republican party opposition to Obama. Some may respond by citing the birthers and the other fringe elements who relentlessly focused on Obama's name, religion, ethnicity, etc., but those groups were never part of the mainstream Republican party opposition, which is exactly why they're referred to as fringe. Maniacal hatred of Trump, on the other hand, has become THE defining characteristic of the Democrat party opposition. Apparently, Democrats convinced themselves that seething hatred of Trump was a road-map to electoral victory. But it seems pretty clear that, somewhere in the recesses of their minds, there exists lingering doubt about the electoral appeal of this one-dimensional message. The passage of the Republican tax bill, which I consider one of Trump's few and meaningful accomplishments, has sent Democrats into a meltdown. They are absolutely terrified that lower taxes and less Obamacare will result in prosperity and cause Trump to win reelection in a landslide. Democrats realize that foaming at the mouth over Russia will not be enough to distract Americans from having more money and more opportunities. And let's face it, that's what most Americans really care about. If the economy is doing well by the time the 2020 elections roll around, not only is it very likely that Trump will crush the Democrat candidate, but Republicans in general will probably trounce Democrats at both the federal and local levels. And Democrats know this on some level, which is why they are lying left and right about what the tax bill will mean for most Americans. But once lower taxes go into effect, and the HIGHLY UNPOPULAR mandate is repealed, most Americans will be quite pleased. The only strategy Democrats seem to have at this point are laughable fantasies about impeachment based on nonexistent Russian collusion.

spoken by one of the truly unhinged democrats the article refers to.
You have yet to post what you lost this last election. As a matter of fact, you just got more money in your check. WTF is your angst about?

Boy have you got that backwards.
Well of course a partisan Democrat would say that.

He says it without explanation, which makes it more like trolling.

I have no clue what the dems are running on, just like when Billary was the candidate de Jour. I will just keep asking black america and blue collar america, they talk a lot about you but what have they actually done for you? Answer is nada. They are focused on the tougher issues like:

-taking a stand on bathroom usage.
-making sure bakers bake gay wedding cakes
-writing executive orders to punish the economy
-the nations defense against its greatest threat global warming
-global gestures that make them feel good like James Taylor playing you got a friend to the French parliament.
-refunding cash to terrorist nations funding our enemies.

Bravo democrats, great job!

No, he doesn't. The Democratic Party is in a full melt down. The good news for them though is that the establishment Republicans more than likely have no idea how to take advantage of that.

What the democrats have to fear the most is trumps success. If trump is successful after the democrats and liberals and the media have thrown everything theyve had at him, including endless investigations, only reporting negative news and LIEING their ass' off they will have totally shot their wads

The Democrats are in a position where they need to hope for an economic failure. It doesn't look like that is going to happen.

Any time Trump has any type of success, they panic.

Yes, that's another problem they have: They've basically thrown everything they have at Trump. Now, they have nothing left. All they can do is pray that their fake Russia investigation yields results, which it won't.

They have just finished a most successful year though. Got to give it to them this 2017, they did step up. Much drama mind you, but in the end, they stepped up.
