Is America - all the Americas rolled into one? Does North America have an obligation to support anyone who decides they want to leave their country of birth(or origin) when it has America in the name of that part of the globe? Is there special entitlements for those folks? Can North America support an exploding population growth? Should North Americans invade the southern hemisphere to make it more like them? Will this side of the world ever become one massive nation?
