Most of you know that I am a constitutionalist so I have somethings that I like and I don't like about President Trump. But the TDS is out of control

So I have a question and I would like you to follow through and explain why you fell it is good or bad for the public at large.

My example of something Good would be the new Tax Code, it does a few things that I think will be of a huge benefit.

It will bring back industry and that growth will increase revenue and make the economy grow for all.

so what is your beef or pat on the back, I have a lot of people that tell me he is a monster but when I ask why? they really don't have a reason.

I agree on the tax reform. I also like the large numbers of conservative judges added to the Federal courts. As well as slashing harmful regulations. I can't think of anything else. But this list is huge on the positive side.

I credit the tax cut more to Congress than Trump though he was for it. What I do credit him for is more deregulation than we've ever seen before.

I disagree with his protectionism as I prefer free trade.

I don't like him much for the way he talks and tweets but I think that's what's driving TDS and I delight in liberal reactions ever since election night.

What is TDS?
Trump Derangement Syndrome: A complete and total loathing for Trump. Often without reason or logical analysis, affects socialists, freeloaders, young undereducated minds. Syndrome often invokes apoplectic seizures accompanied by loud derogatory screaming and self-cutting. It is usually exhibited by voters who think Hillary won but lost.
symptoms often include wearing pu55y hats, dressing as a vagina (females), tend to burn and loot (males). males and females alike shut down academia, block roads, ban conservatives from practicing their free speech, often believes the world owes them something.

I agree with your list of positives. I approve of the way he decertified the flawed Iran deal and put it in the hands of the Congress. While I originally thought it was a needless move and a mistake, I think the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's Capitol will prove to be a positive.

The negatives are his waffling on some parts of the immigration issue and his knee-jerk or reactionary use of social media. He should be more thoughtful in that area. I also did not like his missile attack on Syria.

Trump Derangement syndrome but what I mean is a total dislike of the Man, I want to know why people hate him as a President, I get the cockiness and all that, but is that the only reason?

Because as far as policy goes I think it is good for the country, I want to know what people this is bad about his policies.

If it materializes, which is skeptical that it would in any sort of sustained range. That is part of the argument though. The other part which would destroy them at the polls would be, "Why the hell are you cutting programs that benefit every day people to pay for millionaire and billionaire tax cuts!!!" The tax cut legislation process alone saw a lot of Not My Deduction!!! compromises just to get passed. Spending cuts would be worse.

Not if Americans start making stuff here. We certainly need to make computer parts here- the government has a very serious problem with buying IT stuff and getting Grey market items that is unsecured and many have backdoors in them. We I work we just terminated a contract for a company who was doing that. We will likely debar them so they can't work for the federal government for the next three years. They may also face prosecution from the DoJ.

it was shown to affect this years tax return. Hold yer breath, you'll see the difference on your paycheck this month.
How is this a scam?

The slight and temporary increase in your paycheck is attributed to the increase of 1.5 trillion dollar deficit the red congress passed right before the vote on this tax scam. This 1.5 trillion is what they calculated to be the cost of a phasing out tax cut to middle and low income individuals. 7-10 years from now, most of us will see a tax INCREASE...
this tax scam shifts the burden of funding this government from corporations unto individuals and from rich to poor...
the first problem is surfacing now... there were so many provisions in this new tax scam added by special interest lobbyists coupled with the haste at which the red legislators moved to vote on it. In short, most of those who voted to pass it knew little about it and their calculations WERE WRONG. The government is burning through money much faster then they thought and its getting much less then previously expected. This will further increase the national debt...
of course this 7-10 year tax cut is put in place to allow the legislators to vote on it, other wise who will throw away his political career by voting on this scam?
another great deception is the trickle down economics promise that with less taxes, corporations will creat jobs and increase pay. If history has taught us any thing, it would be otherwise. Corporations will increase CEO pay, major shareholder payouts, buy back more of their stocks followed by doing what capitalists do best... creat jobs in the cheapest areas to decrease costs and increase profits.
People hail the new auto manufactures in Alabama, and other states, as a great victory. But it was subsidized by the government... once that subsidy is gone, so will the manufactures...
the red legislator slaves claim that the government revenue lost by cutting corporate taxes will be covered by sheer economic growth, which Realistically, is impossible.

Unfortunately you are basing your assumptions off Liberal lies.

The Kennedy, Reagan, and Bush II tax cuts nearly doubled the revenue to the US government.

The Clinton Capital Gains Cuts which were cuts only for the Rich has a positive effect but is was not as dramatic.

It would be impossible to say that this cut is not going to effect jobs just from the promises that we have from corporations around the world that are going to invest in the USA economy.

The money that workers will see in their checks is not going away, but Some off the bonuses might not be every year, Those that receive raises, that is not going away.

So I am asking that you explain these fears instead of spouting political talking points that are not backed up by reality.

Clinton benefited from a global expansion of wealth with the rise of the internet. Reagan benefited from the significant decline in interest rates whereas we are currently in a rising rate environment. Carter saw a bigger increase in revenue as a percentage than may of the people you mentioned. Federal tax revenue increases in most years save right after the great recession without the need to cu taxes.

for example If I have a business that does 100 thousand in sales and increase 20% that is nice but if I have a company that does 100 million in sales and increase 5% it is a lot more dollars.

You say economically but describe militarily.

Economcally, besides driving up prices for Americans, tariffs and other protectionist measures eliminate competition. Competition, at least in part, drives innovation, so the US will fall behind in technology.

Interesting, looked it up, purportedly it put forth the theory a state of war was necessary for the economy and the very existence of the modern nation-state. It could well be but recall that the followers of FDR expected to keep the nation on a war footing with pretty much federal control of business in order to keep the economy growing, but Congress said no, deregulated, and prosperity ensured.

What will happen isn't truth. It is conjecture. One of may be right. Neither of us may be right. Time will tell. Government revenue isn't my biggest concern. Deficits aren't my biggest concern. Rising interest rates are my larger economic concern. As seen Friday, rising rates are not well -received by the DJIA, and it is expected rates will rise at least 3 times this year.

Well it is about time. One of the things that rising rates will bring about is a little more income to those seniors that are to afraid of the markets. That is not such a bad thing.

With the market rising as fast as it is, I suspect that Gold and Silver will start to drop, when it gets to historic low levels it will be time to invest in metals again, in about 10 years we will have another major correction or crash if you will and it will be time to put that into the whatever fire sale that the recession will create.

Yes, my focus is on the military being able to get its weapons and IT systems without enemy back doors and in a timely manner.

Right.

There are moves in Congress to prohibit the DoD from getting IT stuff from un-trusted sources. And as I have said elsewhere here, we are seeking prosecution of a company that provided our agency with grey market items.

We are never going to get control of our cyber security until all of our software and IT is made inside the US.
