WTF is wrong with these scurvy hollywood scumbags.

Tarantino: Polanski’s 13-year-old rape victim ‘wanted to have it’

(https://pagesix.com/2018/02/06/tarantino-polanskis-13-year-old-rape-victim-wanted-to-have-it/)Quentin Tarantino (https://pagesix.com/tag/quentin-tarantino/) may be trying to act like a woeful choir boy in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein (https://pagesix.com/tag/harvey-weinstein/) allegations, but he seems all the more mendacious in the light of an old interview in which he claimed Roman Polanski (https://pagesix.com/tag/roman-polanski/)’s 13-year-old rape victim “wanted to have it.”
Tarantino defended Polanski during a 2003 Howard Stern interview — that resurfaced on Jezebel (https://jezebel.com/heres-audio-of-quentin-tarantino-defending-roman-polans-1822745916) — saying, “He didn’t rape a 13-year-old…he had sex with a minor. That’s not rape.”
When reminded by Stern sidekick Robin Quivers that Polanski’s victim was plied with drugs and alcohol, Tarantino said, “No that was not the case at all. She wanted to have it [sex] and dated the guy…Look, she was down with this.”
Tarantino, who ruefully said of Weinstein, “I knew enough to do more than I did,” was accused by Uma Thurman (https://pagesix.com/tag/uma-thurman/) of forcing her to do a car crash stunt in “Kill Bill” that left her injured, plus he spat in her face and choked her with a chain because he didn’t trust a trained actor to do it.
Tarantino called the Uma crash “one of the biggest regrets of my life.” (https://pagesix.com/2018/02/06/tarantino-umas-car-crash-is-one-of-the-biggest-regrets-of-my-life/) It was met with horror in Hollywood.
Jessica Chastain (https://pagesix.com/tag/jessica-chastain/) tweeted (https://twitter.com/jes_chastain/status/959983660005933056), “I keep imagining Tarantino spitting in Uma’s face and strangling her with a chain…..How many images of women in media do we celebrate that showcase abuse? When did this become normalized ‘entertainment’?…. How can an actor feel safe when your director is strangling you?”

I read Scott Baio allegedly molested the cute girl on whatever the name of his 80s sitcom was.

Hollywood seems to have been making excuses for Polanski for a really long time. Anyone who has worked with him should be ashamed of themselves.

There has been a culture of sexual abuse, and much worse, in high places: government and society.

"Conspiracy theorists" have been talking about it since the Internet was created. The mainstream is finally showing up.

Either is acceptable.

What I do not understand is WHY they also vehemently defended Woody Allen.

They only thing ive read that made sense was from a very iffy unreliable source and that was they are all scared to death that if either of them got long prison terms would spill the beans on a huge hollywood pedophile ring.

The Hollywood crowd once gave him a standing O. For whatever reason they love this child rapist.

Then there was the time that piece of human debris Whoopie Goldberg said that what he did “wasn’t rape, rape”. Whatever that means. The piece of excrement drugged a young girl and raped her. What kind of rape is that?

I’m sure there are a couple of members here who will support him.
I know one who will.

One is the pedophile and incest charges against him with Mia Farrow's daughter. First of all she was not her daughter, she was her step daughter. She did not live with Mia Farrow, Woody Allen did not live with Mia Farrow or Soon Yi Previn (she was Andre Previn's adopted daughter) and finally she was over the age of consent when the affair began. She and Allen have now been married for over 20 years. Regardless of what any one may think about that relationship it was not what the press was making it out to be.The second issue and far more damming is the alleged molestation of Mia Farrow's other step children and her biological child. There is some evidence that that may have actually occurred and in no way can I support him because of that. Shame too because he was an absolutely brilliant comedian.
