I will post some news from time to time:

LEGISLATIVE NEWSOur legislation to call a Convention of States to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government has been filed in 23 states in 2018 alone.

Here's the latest news:

[*=left]Polling conducted in West Virginia revealed that 70% of WV voters support COS. That includes 76% of Republicans and 65% of Democrats. Talk about a mandate!
[*=left]Polling conducted in Nebraska revealed that 66% of Nebraska voters support COS, including 79% of Republicans and 53% of Democrats.
[*=left]We hope to see floor votes soon in the Kansas Senate and Iowa Senate. Stay tuned for news!

What’s funny is the Dems always wanting more federal government. So stupid. Just shows a lack of understanding on how this country was set up to work.

A little underwhelming.

A little underwhelming.
25% of the country is around 80 million people.

To put that in perspective, Donald Trump won the presidency with about 63 million votes.

In other words, secession has more support from Americans than either presidential candidate did in the 2016 election.

Let’s put it in even more perspective...more than 3 million people voted for someone other than the current POTUS, but due to the constitution and laws in place, it doesn’t matter. That same metric applies to those seeking to secede.

The poll didn't say people who voted in the 2016 election. It is still a long way from a majority. it also would never get 38 states to approve the amendment.. Blue states would never go along with this.

I'm not really opposed to this but the whole thing seems to be an imaginary story.

No, you are comparing two different things. A Convention of States could pass whatever it wanted to pass. If 38 states agree then it is the amended Constitution.

New Poll: West Virginia voters overwhelmingly favor Convention of States resolution

Mark Blankenship Enterprises conducted a statewide poll of 1,359 likely West Virginia voters on February 24-26, measuring support for the West Virginia teacher’s strike, President Trump, Congressional approval and the Convention of States Project. Republicans, Democrats and Independents were part of this survey.

West Virginia is ready to join other states in calling an Article V convention.

Almost three-fourths of respondents (70%) favor West Virginia calling for a convention of states to propose constitutional amendments that limit federal spending, limit federal power, and establish term limits for Congress and/or federal judges.

This is good news. We need the Convention of States to succeed in creating a small number of Amendments to give teeth to the Constitution.

I am reviving the Convention of States proposal under Article V of the Constitution.

We need it.

https://conventionofstates.com/

Here is what is in play:

Convention of States is rising to the challenge of modern-day tyranny by ‘using the Constitution to save the Constitution.’

[*=left]Term limits need to be imposed, because it was never the objective to work as a lifetime politician while being paid at the mandatory expense of your neighbors.
[*=left]Budgets must be created, because self-control doesn’t exist when an individual feels no repercussions for their actions.
[*=left]Boundaries on the government’s authority must be enacted, because power evolves into a greedy aspiration.

Term limits is all that 38 states would vote for.
