Rather pleased and proud that my city of Boise, ID came in at number one. This will make some here unhappy I suppose who oppose growth and believe it to be the ruin of all that is good.

I don't, and plan on holding onto my home for another 1.5 years or so, at which time (being only 3 miles west of downtown) i'll sell for a pretty penny and move back to Oregon or California (miss the beach)

Any of you live in or near the other top 24? (think we have one other Boisean in tPF). Any who think that growth is a bad thing??

And San Antonio-New Braunfels corridor.

Thanks Chris, missed that one - clearly Texas is humming & more folks moving there than there are into California.

Orlando SUCKS and many of them are moving out, whats moving in is hispanics. Many Puerto Ricans in the many thousands moved there after the hurricane. My neighbor moved from Kissimmee lived there 40 yrs, says it absolutely sucks the traffic is horrific and half dont know how to drive. Everything is crowded.

No surprise that Buffalo, DeToilet, and other urban shitholes on the East Coast made the list. People do not want to live in high tax areas, unless they want to go without money.

Have done construction there and the unions are competitive with local trade unlike large cities where unions bully and break arms.
