The Public Interest Legal Foundation (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/public-interest-legal-foundation/), which has identified similar noncitizen voting problems in studies of Virginia and New Jersey, said Pennsylvania officials have admitted noncitizens have been registering and voting in the state “for decades.”

But state officials have stonewalled PILF (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/public-interest-legal-foundation/) requests for access to the data that could expose the problem, the group says in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Harrisburg.

“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/public-interest-legal-foundation/) President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said.

I’m sure that the liberals here will say that they only voted in the local school board election or something like that.

If the left admits to 3, there is 10 times that amount for each one. http://www.debatepolitics.com/images/smilies/werd.gif

Stop making things up. It should embarrass you, but I know it doesn't.

Let's pretend there's 1. It's illegal. Remember that 'we are a nation of laws' thingy? You should be upset about 1. You should want to stop 1. Why don't you want to stop 1 -- that's one citizen that has been disenfranchised? If you steal $1 from me, it's the same as stealing $1000 from me, where I come from.

Maybe if you actually tried using those 2 brain cells, then just maybe.....you can put together a constructive thought. You can do it <<<<< said that like Rob Schnieder.

No need to pretend DG.....the leftness doesn't care about rules, protocols, or laws. They think none of that applies to them.

Unless their number is up, for the victim total is involved.

We should stop 1.

We shouldn't go all panicky and hyperbolic and start screaming about an imaginary 100,000.

Why would the PILF make up the numbers in a Lawsuit? "What' to have thrown out for filing false accusations and then to be sued?

Why? Because that's what conservative organizations do, that's why.

That don't make any sense, who wants to have to pay out money for a falsely filed lawsuit before a court of law. Their Conservative remember. Not even leftists are that stupid.

Voter group puts 248 counties on notice over bloated voter rollsNew York City appears on list for first time

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/public-interest-legal-foundation/) is warning nearly 250 counties that they could face a lawsuit over bloated voter rolls, after their own analysis released Monday found they have more people registered to vote than could theoretically be eligible.

New York City (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/new-york-city/)’s big counties are on the list, with New York (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/new-york/) County — also known as Manhattan — listing 54 percent more names on its voter rolls than the total number of people of voting age, according to Census Bureau figures.

The other boroughs also made this PILF (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/public-interest-legal-foundation/) list this year, as did San Diego in California.

All told, some 248 total counties spanning 24 states were getting warnings for having bloated voter rolls in the 2016 election, the PILF (https://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/public-interest-legal-foundation/) said. That’s up from 144 counties across 21 states warned after the 2014 election......snip~

Or they will find a way to deny this is happening. Why would they deny this? Because that’s what they do. They deny anything which doesn’t mesh with their agenda.

Republicans just don't count the dead as voters the way the Democrats do. I am sure that explains the differences.

Thank you. I imagine, though, that the "100,000" was arrived at the same way the "illegal guns bought at gun shows..." numbers are arrived at. There are studies, there are favored studies, but there are studies.

Totally agree. I think where there is one, hundreds, if not thousands are not caught. Just like this one...https://www.denverpost.com/2017/12/07/steve-curtis-voter-fraud-conviction/

Sorry but historically there was always voter and Poll fraud and other fraud.

Whats Poll fraud ? when poll workers vote for their favorite candidate all day long voting day.
Whats voter administration fraud ? when city employees mostly democrats count mail in votes and discard or dont count opposition votes.

What voter fraud? when people not registered vote.

We busted polls and poll workers for NEVER checking voter registration, you are supposed to show ID your voter id card they look you up and see if you are in the registry then you vote, doesnt happen they just let people walk in and vote all day long.

You cant tell me theres not voter fraud because I KNOW first hand.

Heres a truth im sure I will be called a racist over, in inner city polling places there was absolutely no controls at all they just voted repetitively and over and over. If there were poll monitors there they were scared to death to open their mouths or report it.

I could go on and on but there is no point, the left will never admit it.
