Liberals would circumvent the constitution with SCOTUS appointees if given half the chance, instead of using the amendment process.

This one's good, too:

What she says:

"Based on where Americans stand on the issues and Americans have really moved in a much more progressive direction over the years, do you think it’s appropriate to continue to take such a strict originalist view of the Constitution given it’s 2018 and not 1776?”

Worse still, challenged on progressivism, she says "The arc of history has shown that opinions have become more progrrsive."

The arc of history? Word salad.

Ingraham and Shapiro tear her apart:

@2:20 on about her gibberish about Americans not having a choice about the SC picks because it's "all about the Consitiution", she should be reminded that Americans made their choice for SC replacements when they elected the president, the man who makes that/those pick/s. McConnell, of course, is apt to say just about anything, but she now -- all these years later -- is turning his remarks on him, which MSNBC perhaps stores -- along with other susceptible remarks by GOP politicians -- in an archive labeled "Easy RINO Neo-Con Pickin's", or something.

Fire up the stove, Li'l Luke. Pappy gots us a squirrel for dinner.

Neither "major party" has a very good record with the Constitution and BOR's perhaps best illustrated by the sham they have collectively made of state's rights.
