BO winning NC - 59% to 40% with 8% of the vote in.

8% is from heavily Obama areas around Charlot. Obama's margin is to small in that to over come what is expected by the polls and history.

Well we just closed and the lines were still long, but when I went I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Its official Romney wins! With that said it is surprisingly close....
