i think it's pretty unreasonable to expect jail time just because this kid stole some beer from walmart, drank enough to blow a .24 and then killed 4 people, paralyzed one and severely injured another.

A judge's decision to give 16-year-old Ethan Couch 10 years of probation for the fatal accident sparked outrage from relatives of those killed.
Authorities said the teen and friends were seen on surveillance video stealing two cases of beer from a store.
He had seven passengers in his Ford F-350, was speeding and had a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit, according to trial testimony.
His truck slammed into the four pedestrians, killing Brian Jennings, 43, Breanna Mitchell, 24, Shelby Boyles, 21, and her mother, Hollie Boyles, 52.
A defense team psychologist said the teen who drove drunk and killed four people suffered from "affluenza," a condition where a person feels shielded from problems by money ... and is actually the parents fault for spoiling him.

There's already a thread on this, genius.
I will merge them. @exotix - it's under rants.
What is a zygote?
Edit: Okay, I'll answer it. Although I'll admit I don't understand what the point of Exotix silly statement was a zygote is a single cell. One cell. Never has a single cell been the subject of a capital murder trial. Of course, zygote has become in LibSpeak to mean a baby.
But, that makes Exotix strange statement totally off topic and nonsensical. Imagine that.
If only the cops had just shot him on the scene. They can do that now you know. He just has to have an sandwich shaped like a gun or a felt tip marker in his pocket.
