I only eat tuna and probably only about 4-5 ounces a week on average. No way I'm getting it from my diet so I will probably take it at least 5 days a week.

I'm a sushi fiend. :grin: Probably only once a week if that though. I'd eat it more if the OL brought it home more often! I eat canned trout also.
Trout is tasty. I should try the canned variety. Never had it.
I think we talked about Trader Joe's before. That's where I get it from. It's awesome. Packed in canola oil, I just dump it on a big bed of spinach.

Smoked, eh? Sounds like it might be nice spread on toast.
So I just dumped a bunch of boiled kale over some linguine and added a lot garlic and some olive oil. Very tasty. I will boil it from now on. I dropped it into the pasta water for the last 40 seconds.
My last check, my HDL was 101.
