Hasn't stop either the Feds or state governments before, don't think its gonna change not, especially not in NY
Since we outlawed lawyers, there's nobody to go in there and slug it out for the people....

No double jeopardy here. That's by design. Mueller coordinated this in order to ensure the state convictions would be pardon proof. California will be the next to indict.

Question:
Does Manafort hold real estate in NY? If he doesn't, how can they bring charges against him?

Jurisdiction for what?
A president can not issue a pardon for state or local convictions. That's as clear as I can make it.

Because he is accused of committing crimes in New York State. You don't need to be a property owner to be accused of committing a crime.

I was referring to NY...does it have proper jurisdiction? I give a rat's ass about Trump and his pardon.

It does matter. If he hasn't committed a crime in NY, how can they haul before a state judge?
Or is this a federal case?

Manafort is accused of committing separate crimes in NY. The state has the authority to indict him for those alleged crimes. Who else would have jurisdiction over that?
