The budget, I presume based on your comment. Sorry, Mister D, but I do believe that those threats to individual liberty are just as important, and so they did factor into my decision about whom to vote for.

Apparently, you believe they are more important. You based your vote on them.

As for me, they would pale in significance under the present circumstances even if I took them seriously.

Individual Liberty is why America was founded, not collective liberty...there is no such thing.

Poor people aren't very free. And there was no indication that Romney was going to get involved in gay marriage or abortion. None. His campaign was all about stopping Obama's government from wrecking the economy.

You made a bad choice, based on wrong information and emotionalism. You and everyone else is going to pay dearly because the economy was clearly at stake in this election.

Those on the dole certainly should not have the right to vote..
