They won;t spoil with the vinegar that's in them so what's the point? Some people like it cold I guess.
Never did understand the concept of cold hot-sauces.
I'm going with a pound of fresh ramps and if I like them i will order some dry ramps for the rest of the year. Maybe some seeds too. $5.50 for the seeds. What's to lose?
I need to make a Ramp for my back deck. Then I was thinking of putting in a Ramp onto the back-bank up to the burm I built. Instead of stepping stones.
Not to mention I was happy the truck we rented to get my mothers stuff out of her place, had a Ramp too. I drove that truck up to my front deck and pulled that Ramp out and we were done like in 15 mins zipped the Ramp back into the truck and had the Truck back to the place like in 10 mins. :tongue:

Conley, what cuts of beef do you order when you make chili? I was thinking about making a batch tomorrow and I figured since I have that Ninja fodd processor why not make my own chop meat.
I didn't realize this, found it out this morning - this guy is a radio personality in Wheeling.
Not that it's any huge accomplishment.
As for condiments, hot sauce - I keep mine in the cupboard, not in the fridge. Chilled condiments suck, best way to limp your weenie is squirting cold mustard on it - blech. Ketchup, hot sauce, BBQ, mustard, all that shit in the cupboard - open or not.
Mayo - gotta fridge that shit, eggs an'at.
