It's much like the U.S. presidential election . . . everyone will know for certain after it happens. Smart money is on Netanyahu attacking Iran in a definitive manner while he's still in office and before an Obama style appeasement trend again rears its head in Israeli politics, taking the issue out of his hands. The main problem is distance. Unless some way has been found to extend the range of Israel's strike capacity a great many pilots will be going on suicide missions.
That's assuming that Obama continues his anti-Israel and pro-Islamic appeasement approach and refuses to aid Israel.
Lots of people also KNEW that Adolph Hitler would not set forth to conquer a goodly portion of the European continent . . . and they only discovered that they were wrong when it was too damn late. Pretty much if a nation has a habit of stating that they want to wipe you off the map it's probably wise to believe them.

How's that? I once was nuclear weapons certified and a nuclear missile technician with a top secret clearance and was on submarines to boot during the Cold War [you ever hear tell of that?]. Please tell me alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lllllll about how one country would never nuke another. This should be utterly fascinating. I am all agog.

Hahahaha! The Soviets and the Chinese would never have launched against us or against one another because . . . . they might damage infrastructure or actually hurt someone. Nope, try again.
