The Easter as the Christmas replaced pagan festivities. It is a fact. Christianity, as most of the religions, take myths from other religions and include those as theirs, because, otherwise they would not win the people that they are trying to convert. It is a fact.
You should know, how many myths of the Bible can be found in many previous stories, like Gilgamesh, or Egyptian myths.

I've conflated nothing. The date for Easter every year is based on the date for the Jewish Passover celebration. The celebration of the resurrection of Christ coincides with Passover because Christ was crucified in that time frame. You've made an absolute fool of yourself.
It's ok if you disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

The Passover begins on the 15th day of the month of Nisan, which typically falls in March or April of the Gregorian calendar. Passover is a spring festival, so the 15th day of Nisan typically begins on the night of a full moon after the northern vernal equinox.
In 325CE the Council of Nicaea established that Easter would be held on the first Sunday after the first Full Moon occurring on or after the vernal equinox. From that point forward, the Easter date depended on the ecclesiastical approximation of March 21 for the vernal equinox.
