Like I said, his mission to get rid of Affirmative Action without first getting rid of the evil which caused Affirmative Action's birth, certainly verifies his dubious place in Black American History.

Any Black USA judge who benefits from Affirmative Action, then tries to denounce it once he is appointed to the Land's highest court; that is a judge who has "lost his way" which his Black ancestors put him on. I think you could try to reconnect with how insane it is of Thomas, to be against any laws which seek to 'correct' societal wrongs wherever Clarence does nothing to extinguish current effective societal wrongs.

Your "proof" is premised on a progressive belief affirmative action was a good thing. When it, in fact, was itself racist, your "proof" goes poof.

If Affirmative Action is racist, then George Bush Obama and Congress were all, racists, for the stimulus/bailout in 2008-'09. That's since both of those "corporate welfare" relief efforts, did for Caucasian business owners, what Affirmative Action did for Black people.

But since we both know that the stimulus/bailout relief will never EVER be fairly deemed as racists 'corporate welfare' then it is not possible for Affirmative Action to be racist.

For certain Clarence benefitted from Affirmative Action, then tried to get rid of it, as if USA Racism ended once he was put on the SCOTUS bench. For it is only those humans like Clarence Thomas, that are fine with seeing Black people being cheated out of an Equal Opportinity, who will deem Affirmative Action as racist. Yes, those are same the Clarence-like humans who will be very angry if our society ever stopped burdening Black citizens with illegal racial discrimination.


Its like White Supremacist and GOP Republican, Ann Coulter, said when I certainly agree with her, "Civil rights are only for Black people. Because we have an eternal legacy of Slavery & Jim Crow laws, so we owe Black people something." No doubt indeed:
