You might try not filtering what I write through your own bias - I said: "much of it borderline racist. Some of it unequivocally racist". Much and some are not all. However, you might want to visit "Purgatory" in the Hole if you want examples of what had to be removed from the forum before anyone could see it. I'm not going to repost or link it. It's disgusting. Furthermore, I qualify any statements to the effect that Obama is a Kenyan or "the Kenyan" and the whole birtherist nonsense as borderline racism, including allegations that he's really a Muslim (as if, even if he were a Muslim, it would have disqualified him from the Presidency). Also, all comments comparing his wife to an ape go beyond borderline racism. For those who would suggest that such things are not borderline or clearly racist, I say, don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining. The nature of the contempt behind those kinds of comments is obvious to anyone who isn't in denial. So I call BS on your response.

His father was a devout Muslim. Some would say a radical Muslim. He migrated to Indonesia and met Obama's mother at the University of Hawaii. Obama attended public school in Indonesia. His Christian and radical minister here in the States he disassociated himself from.

I just fired off a letter to the president of the U of A, and will post his reply (if I receive one).


Dear Dr. Bell,


This evening my husband and I were prepared to enjoy watching the game and cheer for Alabama. Instead, we were shocked, and deeply disappointed to learn Bo Scarborough had joined protesters by yelling, "F**K Trump!" as he entered the stadium.

It is a sad day when a college football game becomes political, and a player representing your university disrespects the President of the United States in a public venue. I would hope your school does not support this type of behavior and will take appropriate measures to ensure it is not repeated.

Once we heard the boos from the crowd as President Trump entered with military members, and saw the expletive about our President projected on the front of the coliseum, we turned off the television.
