    Not true,

If it was true it would be wrong.
All people elect politicians. Thus Politics and Laws are determined by Public Opinion.

Even now, politicians must follow Public Opinion in order to stay in office.

I have been told that I smoke after sex.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.

[QUOTE=DLLS;2377458]I believe ecigs to be an alternative to smoking that should be embraced by all. None of those, "No Smoking Not Even ECigs" signs. It is water vapor.[quote]

It is as annoying as cigarettes to those not addicted to it.

Yes, I can't develop lung cancer from smoking. If I don't have it now, and I haven't smoked for years then I can't get it from smoking.

The study is being financed through Medicare. It has to be a pulmonary specialist involved in the study. It's pretty interesting.

I know that a smoker has a greater chance of getting lung cancer but it isn't a given and non-smokers get it. How would you separate the two? Still sounds like a cost-cutting measure.

Not true. The ACA never has public approval. It was rammed down our throats. There's your public opinion.

It is CCitizen1992's fault that I have no degree in Political Science.

At least 25% of those who responded agree with me. In my opinion, smoking, drugs, and motorcycles which cause too many unnecessary deaths should be restricted.

    Utter nonsense.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
