Skyr is awesome, BTW. Not sure who has heard of it. It's basically Iceland's version of yogurt.

I had not heard of it, I'll try some if I can find it.

I've never even seen that. That's part of the appeal, I guess.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Great stuff. I get the one with milk fat too as a kind of dessert but I usually do the low fat variety.

Strangely this summer I lost about 20 pounds. Little cardio, lots of weights. Good nutrition but small portions. I am down to 179 lbs with 12.9% body fat. I know that I lost some muscle mass but at my age, I like where I am at.

Ha! I just texted my friend who is losing weight (he was a fatty) that a muscular 180 is a good goal. I'd have to juice up to get there so $#@! that but you're pretty tall, right? 179 is easy to spread around if you're 6 plus.

I am 5'10". I am happy with where I am at. I did break 200 for a couple of months. I was more muscular, but carried too much fat. I have dropped 8% body fat.
