House votes to support illegal immigrant voting in local elections

Thanks Capt. This brings increasing focus to the 'undesireability' of letting a 'single State' (in a nation of 50 States) who have the right to make their own rules, impose their popular rule over the other states who may not share the other State's rules when it comes to voting in Federal elections. Is the notion that each State is unique in their own beliefs and that a single States does not necessarily reflect the views of another State.

Which brings into question the Constitutionality of States making a pact with other States to join in a popular vote cabal of sorts. Are States allowed to 'collude' with other States at the State representative level and not at the individual level? What if State's voter make up changes and casts it's vote against the cabal's popular vote?

MV, Obama's attitude, in his initial campaign on the world stage, was that America was the 'problem' on the globe telling others what to do. Obama ran around the world apologizing for America interfering and telling others what do about their own business affairs.
