Maybe you weren't paying attention. The guy has graduated law school. Perhaps a reading comprehension course would bring you up to speed.

And if he was being nominated to some lawyer position like Chief White House Counsel that would be perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, he's been nominated to be a judge.

You equate a dog catcher performing brain surgery to a law school graduate becoming a judge.
And again, what legal qualifications is he lacking? A dog catcher cannot legally perform brain surgery.
Truth is, I get it. You don't like Trump, you don't like his nominees, and you are powerless to actually do anything about either situation. Whine away.

I've liked some of his nominees. Most of his judicial nominees I don't care too much about. This one, however, is concerning. Even one year of trial law experience would be better than none. It's increasingly evident that he was nominated solely based on ideology and not his ability to do the job well. That should be a problem. Evidently it is not, however.

And people wonder why our country has been circling the bowl for years...

The only way to get experience being a judge is by being a judge. You're worried. I'm not. End of story.

Are you serious? That would be speculation? Are you really trying to say this right now?

Well, we've been hearing this from the right for years with regard to gay marriage. Their concern has never been for constitutional rights, just for getting judges on the bench who will rule in their favor, constitution be damned.
