but we can still kick them, and taze them all day long................even if they are not resisting, because that rule only applies to when they become physically violent. otherwise, it's simple resisting and those rules don't apply then.

Cmon those cops were WRONG, they could have easily brought him down and secured him without beating him, if push came to shove they could have tased him.

Police have to take alot of $#@!, alot of verbal $#@! to the extent at times you do lose it. Every cop has been pushed to far and has crossed the line, its HUMAN. This case was totally unnecessary, they should have taken him down without beating him and charged him appropriatedly like resisting etc.

But what's really an issue, is when they outright lie to justify their action.....even when the cameras backup the defendants claim.
there needs to be accountability on BOTH sides for inhuman actions.

The moment a cop gives a guy who wont cooperate the benefit of the doubt that subject tries to flee or goes for the officer's gun.

This guy obviously had contempt in his eyes.
