    A dumped kitten?

We live out in the country and it's not unusual for people to dump their cats or dogs, which we then either keep or rehome. This little one looks to be about 8 to 10 weeks and she came out of the field yesterday evening meowing so loudly I thought she might be hurt. Just a tiny thing.

She ran directly toward one of our adult cats who promptly arched her back and hissed at the little one. I was finally able to catch her and put her in the garage over night. She was so hungry. Quick calls to others on our mile determined no one had lost a kitty, but she's too pretty to be a feral. She looks a bit like a Maine coon cat.

3 of our past cats were 'drop offs', since where we live, farms and barns are a common sight. People figure if there is a barn, they will have shelter and likely food of some sort.

She's a pretty one. And she does look snuggy....

Carhart and woodland camo on a female is sexy.

You are being tested. Notice the helpless little kitten came straight to you and very verbally asked you for help? What you do next is being watched. It is a cute little kitten....

    Oh, all right then.

So, FindersKeepers earned his screen name. Up until now, I thought FK was female.
