    I thought Dems hated guns?

Let me guess, you think anyone who isn't a Republican or is a criminal is a Dem? Gang bangers and rapists are all Dems, right?

They were questions. You can tell by the question mark at the end.

Funny that you don't have a problem with Tahu's assumption though. Weird, huh?

    Maple syrup is ok.

Let's reword the question then: How would the USA's gun crime stats look if gang bangers in cities controlled by Democrats stopped shooting each other?
Power always thinks it has a great soul, and vast views, beyond the comprehension of the weak. And that it is doing God service when it is violating all His laws.

It depends who you ask. It's actually difficult to get accurate information on the subject. There are so many partisan sites on both sides of the debate.

If I believe this HuffPo article, gang related homicides (not just guns), account for a little less than 10% of all homicides.

If I believe this other site, 80% of homicides are gang related.
