Stop eating starches and carbs - bread, pasta, stuff like that. Eat everything else, in moderation including proteins and some fat.

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

I'm 71, and eat anything I want, and yet, I have lost 30 #'s in the last year!

I have fatty liver, heart disease, COPD, and am prone to depression.I'm 6 ft tall, and weigh 180.

Sex will net you 360 calories burned and any extra things being done will also. Every Friday eat a pizza. My 2 cents.
I take L-Carnitine, L-Arginine an D-Ribose every day, I eat oatmeal 6 days a week 1 day eggs for breakfast.
I have a recumbent bike in my den and I go to the gym every other day.

You should take L-Arginine too, after 50 men stop producing Amino Acids

Eat green veggies, lean protein and whole grains. Watch sugar, its hidden in alot of things like pasta sauce. Some brands have a ridiculous amount of sugars 18 grams per serving.

We eat broccoli, broccoli raab, broccolini, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, asparagus, spinach regularly we mix them up. In season i make artichokes italian style I love them things. I like squash in season etc, whats ever good we buy it.

Mix romain and kale and escarole, and watercress etc, mix them up, only salad dressing I use is olive oil and balsamic or red wine vinegar.
