Allegations of corruption are an every day occurrence in WV politics, especially when it comes to anything having to do with coal, oil and natural gas. I recall a friend of mine from WV telling me that if you put a bumper sticker on your car having anything to do with coal, your car will be vandalized. It didn't matter which side you were on as both sides are nuts. He also said the one upside to 9/11 is that it ended planes towing political banners over the WVU stadium where the sky would get so packed they were lucky they didn't crash into one another. I doubt there is anything she could say in 1:45 that hasn't already been put on blast in the state before all this happened.
If there's no wrong doing, no one should be concerned she lists members and their donors. Hers too though I doubt she has any as she's against the bill.

My concern is letting her be heard. Herding her off like that makes for suspicion.

1:45 is a perfunctory amount of time to give someone. I am surprised they have these public comment sessions at all TBH.

Yea, so much for democracy. Let central planners rule the day.

All levels of politics in this country are a fraudulent joke.

she can lobby outside the actual chamber of the legislature if she so desires. Lots of grass-roots activism in WV.

Ses to me you have to have money to be heard.

If you follow the rules you can apparently be heard in the state of WV for one minute forty five seconds for free. Since she didn't use the time to dose herself in gas and set herself on fire on the public mantel, she must not have really cared that much. Immolation shows true commitment. Anything less is just whining.
