I'm a butter junkie. Real creamery butter, not that fake God-knows-what's-in-it margarine or "spread" crap. Some mass-market large chain butters taste just like lard....and the last thing I want on my fresh steamed vegetables is melted lard. I pay extra and buy imported Irish or Danish butter....it's difficult to find decent butter that tastes like butter in my neck of the woods, for some reason.
