    Executive time

Why ‘executive time’ is a particularly bleak scoop about President Trump

Axios's Jonathan Swan reports that Trump has significantly curtailed his official schedule as president — to the point where his first meeting is often held at 11 a.m., and he spends almost the whole morning in his White House residence -- rather than the West Wing or the Oval Office -- watching TV, tweeting and making phone calls. That chunk of his day, generally between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., is dubbed “executive time," a phrase that is bound to become the butt of plenty of jokes. Trump then has other periods of “executive time” sprinkled in throughout his official work schedule, which is usually between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Nice work if you can get it. And a short commute, too!)
He just doesn't seem too interested in presidential duties does he?

And yet still seeks to portray President Obama as lazy.

Zoned out on Fox News and Mickey D’s, Trump still believes Obama was lazy and he’s a dynamic man of action
Lets not even get started on golf trips.

It's OK . The less government does the better off we are. Besides in all reality the pres is a figure head.

Those who suffer from TDD are upset about the things Trump does and they are equally upset about the things he doesn't do.

You don't know what he does. He's up at 4 and stays up to midnight. The President makes decisions. The chief-of-staff can talk to him anytime and anyplace. Sitting in the Oval Office shooting the $#@! with your staff only looks good.

Damn, of all the things to $#@! about. Now, this President has to work 24/7.

    Silly OP.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Silly response. Which, to be honest, is all you seem to be capable of. Well that and a very limited set of insults. Why don't you do me a favor and just stay outta my threads all together?

Have you ever run a large organization?
It is not unusual for high-level performers to block out chunks of time every day or every week. I did it. Every other engineering manager I knew at my level did it. We preserve the time to ensure we can do the most important work every day rather than allow day to day urgent matters from derailing us.

It shows President Trump knows what he is doing.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.
