Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

This Monday night game was sloppy at times, but it a good game. Down to the wire.
The game tonight was once again poorly officiated. This is getting to be the norm.
They cannot or will not achieve consistency. My son quit watching the game a few years back over that issue.Sometimes I envy him! I would like to care a lot less about football but I appear to be addicted. It's also a bonding for the rest of the family. Collectively we have a niners fan, a Giants fan,A cheese head, a Dolphins supporter and an Eagles fan. Conversations get interesting this time of year.
One thing lost because of the fiasco at the end was the officiating again in the area of pass interference. It was possibly the most inconsistent officiating I have seen yet.
In the Baltimore / Houston game, there was obvious and unarguable pass interference in the end zone against Deandre Hopkins. No call on the field. A challenge flag was thrown by Houston. The replay showed beyond any shadow of doubt there was obvious and blatant pass interference. The challenge failed to correct the call.
That was absolutely inexplicable. If an obvious case of a missed call is not going to be corrected, one can only believe that the goal of the replay now is to protect incompetent officiating.
It also looks like the officiating crew is indeed favoring the Balitimore Ravens in this particular game. Incompetent, biased and extremly inconsistent officiating is hurting the game.
Wow. An Arizona DB in perfect position for an int is called for PI when he was tackled by the receiver before he could make the catch.
Last night in the Seattle / SF game, the 49ers got away with blatant case defensive pass interference in the end zone. Had it happened earlier in the game, the Seahawks could have challenged the non call.
Again, it seems that no officiating crew can determine what is or isn't pass interference. Instant replay looks to have made it worse.
If instant replay is not going to correct this blatant of a non call, they just need to get rid of the new rule allowing instant replay of pass interference.
