I'm not sure if you understood the analogy. When the shingles are curling, it's time to replace them. You don't wait until you have damage to your house before attending to things that have reached their useful lifespan. It's called preventive maintenance.
In quoting my post, you affirm and agree that you have not been goaded, provoked, emotionally manipulated or otherwise coerced into responding.

For instance the all the screeching being done about the polar vortex disruptions last week. According to RWNJ pundits it was proof positive that global.warming was a hoax.

And finally there's the way these things are presented to them, as if they are some kinda privileged information that only a chosen few get to know. It makes them feel (falsely) superior to everyone else, even if only for a few minutes, and that can be a powerful thing if you suffer from low self esteem like the vast majority of these nut-bars do.
Good to see this has nothing to do with science for you. Only politics. Typical of the true believers.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Correct, denial has nothing to do with science.

Science is all on the warming side.

You are confusing religion for science.

Actually, if you spend time reading the literature on climatology, you'd know it's not all on the side of warming.

Something interesting though, by comparison. We know by science that a new, unique, living human being is created at conception. Yet very few people accept that. People's beliefs and prejudices are much stronger than science. The only way past those is to be able to explain the science in a reasonbly clear way.

This comes from the same group that denies the science of biology and tells us there are numerous sex and genders. If they can't get something as obvious as this right why should I believe them about the esoteric science behind global warming, global climate change, extreme weather, or whatever the latest name may be?

Actually there is no science on the warming side. The only place warming exists is in computer models. Garbage in, garbage out.
