It's not like these litigants just join the class actions and that's the end of it. They have to be examined by psychologists experienced in matters of sexual abuse who go through the entire history of the victims' experiences with these pedophiles in pretty graphic detail. Unless they were otherwise sexually abused, they would be very hard pressed to fool these psychologists.

They wouldn't take the chance of being arrested for obtaining the services of a prostitite, but they would risk being exposed as a child molester? That doesn't seem to make much sense.
This issue has nothing to do with the inability to marry.
