If an unintelligent person were to read (read Trump fan) one would think this guy was a full fledged ISIS terrorist carrying a Californian's head around.

In the real world, he was a suspected ISIS member suspected in the death of an Iraqi apprehended by authorities doing their job in California. I thought California gave refuge to these people?
